- composite MS ; copied c. 1330-1340 ; "The Benedictine priory of Leominster, Hereford (?): textual associations with Hereford and Leominster such as the 'Legenda de sancto etfrido presbitero de Leominstria' (ff. 132r-133r) (but Ker rejected the hypothesis that this manuscript may have belonged to the priory, see Ker 1964)"; "written by the so-called 'Harley scribe', active in or near Ludlow (Southern Shropshire) from 1314 to c. 1349"; recipes in English added later to f. 52v; "Added medical recipe, 16th century (f. 141v)" ; ".1* and 142 are fragments of a roll written by the Harley scribe used as flyleaves (pastedowns?) with, on one side (ff. 1*r and 142v) include the household accounts made at Ardmulghan, co. Meath, and on the other side (ff. 1*v and 142r) includes extracts from the ordinal of Hereford Cathedral: 1. the end of an order at the hours in Advent; 2. an order for the Office to the Virgin; 3. an order for the Office of the Dead (f. 1*v), and 4. notes on variations in the Sunday services (f. 142r)."
